I couldn't find the right software.
So I built it.
Helm is what happened when a contractor stopped waiting for a tech company to figure out how construction actually works.
Why Helm Exists
I own a remodeling company in Florida. For years I duct-taped my business together with a CRM that wasn't built for construction, an estimating tool that couldn't talk to my project manager, and QuickBooks holding it all together with prayer. Every lead meant re-typing the same info into three places. Every invoice meant cross-checking numbers I'd already entered twice.
The "solutions" out there were either enterprise software that cost a fortune and needed a consultant to set up, or a handful of apps that each did one thing well but didn't talk to each other. I needed one system where a lead could turn into an estimate, then a contract, then a project, then an invoice — without me touching the same data twice.
So I built it. Helm isn't a tech company's idea of what contractors need. It's what I needed to run my own jobs, and I'm betting other contractors need it too.

What We Believe
Simplicity
Software should save you time, not create more work. If a feature needs a training video, we probably designed it wrong.
Transparency
Simple pricing, no hidden fees, no enterprise upsells. What you see is what you get.
Built to last
Every feature exists because we needed it on a real job. Not because a product manager thought it sounded good.
